Depression is a disease that almost every modern man has felt at least once. Depression is one of the diseases of the modern age that destroys man, and that disease did not exist in such quantity 100 years ago. Why? Well man today does not live life, but he thinks that everything around him is an illusion. Living in illusion means that everything a man sees around him thinks is perfect, but it is not because it is so impossible to say that every man has some flaw of his own. Such a life in the illusion that man creates for himself leads to depression.
The treatment for depression is similar to any other illness. One needs to understand what the cause is and why that cause leads to depression. One of the causes that leads to depression is comparison with others. As they are perfect, as they succeed in all this, such a comparison is not good because one does not get a true picture of what that man really is. From such comparisons it is not clear how much a man has actually invested to succeed, he has invested his time in educating himself and working with some goal of his success. Maybe at some point he, too, was on the verge of falling into depression and going in the wrong direction in life, but he did not give up and had faith in himself and moved on with the goal. Therefore, one should not compare oneself with others, every man should go his own way, have faith in himself and work with some goal and achieve success. No one is perfect and everyone makes mistakes, but by working and learning from mistakes one progresses. When a person does something useful he is easily cured of depression because he works with the goal of success. That's the point.
But another problem of depression is the environment in which a person finds himself if it affects him a person should leave it. Move on, move milsi positively if you set out to do something smart move away from the environment in which you are failing. Have faith in yourself that is the essence of success and a better life and overcoming depression.
I think stress and worry are some of the major causes of depression. Some of us are trying to change things we have not the power to change and it's really eating us up when we keep putting in efforts without making any headway. We have to learn to be easy on ourselves and life if we're gonna stand any chance to defeating this monster called depression.
