A secret ingredient for crispy and juicy fries

It’s hard to get baked potatoes to be soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Today we discover how easy it really is to do. Looking around the internet a bit I came across an interesting recipe for fries, which are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The recipe is very simple.

First we put the potatoes in salted water to cook until slightly softened. After that, put the oil in a baking dish and heat it in the oven for fifteen minutes. While the oil is heating, strain the potatoes and place it in a bowl and sprinkle with smooth flour. The bowl should be shaken well to cover all the potatoes with flour. After that, take the baking dish out of the oven and carefully add your potatoes to the oil. Leave to stand for a minute, then season as desired. Then the secret ingredient is added - a few teaspoons of margarine in a baking dish. Place the oven in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius and bake for thirty minutes, then turn the potatoes over and bake for another twenty minutes.
