Have you ever been victim to this horrible situation??😑

I'm feeling it since 2 years 😐 1st i was much afraid but now I'm habitual with it 🙄.

The sleep paralysis 😩,

During the sleep you feel paralysed, you can't move your arms, legs, head, Nothing 😔, sometimes feel difficulty in breathing.

It occurs mostly when we are about to woke up.

I read a lot of articles to understand, why it happens? 🤔

There are certain reasons...

1) when you sleep in upright position

2) When a person is mentally disturbed.

3) when you have a lot of thoughts in your mind before going to bed.

4)Anxiety and tiredness.

5) sometimes stress also lead to this situation.

6) irregularity in sleeping habits.

How to avoid this...

Follow the Tips

1) Don't sleep in upright position.

2) Don't be too much involved in thinking about your problems, it will affect your consciousness.

3) Be Very relax and fresh before going to bed.

4) Read "Ayat-ul-Kursi"

before sleeping.

5) Don't give stress to your mind by over thinking, Just relax, everything will be fine.

6) Try to have minimum 8 hours sleep regularly, as this is mandatory to give relaxment to brain.
