Puto with chocolate filling

Ingredients.
4 cups cake flour or APF
2 tbsp. Vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp. Salt
3pcs. Large eggs (whole)
4 tbsp. Baking powder
1/2 cup oil or melted butter
2 cups of sugar
4 sachets of bearbrand (33grams)
3 cups of water
Cheese for toppings (optional)
Flat tops or any melted chocolates into cubes (optional)
Procedures.
In a mixing bowl put the eggs then mix, add the oil, vanilla extract, water, salt and sugar. Mix well until salt and sugar are completely dissolved. In another bowl sift the flour, baking powder and powdered milk. Mix together thoroughly. Make sure that there will be no lumps. You may use strainer if u want. Set a side for atleast 30mns. before steaming. (Note: this is importantant to the batter to make sure that the baking powder do their job) meanwhile, slice the cheese bar thinnly. If the batter is ready using a medium size molder, use a measuring spoon 2tbsp batter and pour it into the molder without oil. Add cheese on top. Or anything you want. I used FLAT TOPS on top sliced flat tops into two pieces. Then cover the lid wrapped with cloth to avoid water droplets from dripping into the puto and steam over low medium heat for 5-7mns. Remove the puto from the steamer. I'll promise you that the puto is soft and fluffy. ❤
