Homemade Shawarma
Ingredients:
Dough for Flour Tortilla
2 cups All Purpose Flour
3 tbsp oil or butter
1 tsp Salt
1 cup water or 1/2 cup fresh milk+1/2 cup water
Sauce
Mayonaise
Catsup
Sugar if you want it a little sweet
Sili if you want it a little spicy
Salt
Pepper
Procedure:
1. Pagsama-samahin ang harina, oil, salt at water. Masahin at ilagay sa isang bowl at takipan, set it aside for 30 minutes.
2. Gawin nyo yung photo number one at after ng 30 minutes na rest tapos padaanan nyo ng rolling pin or gamitan nyo ng palad nyo para maging flat.
3. Ilagay sa kawali na mainit, no oil po tapos lutuin at flip lang para both sides luto.
4. Maghiwa ng gusto nyong gulay na kasama ng shawarma nyo gaya ng pipino, kamatis, sibuyas at lettuce.
5. Para sa ilalagay nyong karne, ibabad nyo overnight sa kung anuman gusto nyo na marinade or at least ilang oras para may lasa, asa inyo na kung anong sukat ng karne (cubes, strips or tiny pieces) luto nyo naman yan at kayo ang kakain. (Check the comment section for marinate ideas.)
