Ingredients:
5 cups Rice flour
7 tbsp Baking powder
Pinch of salt
Sugar (depende sa inyo)
1 egg
1 can Evap (substitute sa gata)
1 cup water (or tansyahin basta wag maging malabnaw)
Margarine (toppings)
Banana leaves
Mix all then ferment for 1 hour.
Then,bake [I use improvised oven (kaldero)] for 15-20 minutes (depende sa size)...or test nyo nalang using fork or toothpick.
