(Jollibee Inspired Taste-Like)
CostRange: Php.309-320
Ingredients:
1. 1kg Spaghetti Sauce (Filipino or Sweet Styled)
2. 1kg Pasta (P.109)Bundle
3. Small can Condense milk (P.23)
4. Cheese bar (P.26)
5. ¼kg Ground Beef/Pork (P.35)
6. ¼kg CDO Cheesedog (P.55)
7. Garlic & Onion (P.6)
8. Salt & ground pepper
9. 300ml Sprite (P.15)
10. 1pack Caldereta mix (P.24) (use half)
11. 1pack Nestle cream (P.40)
-(optional) Ham (sliced)
-(optional) Seasoning mix
Procedure:
1. Boil pasta until cooked, drain. (Set aside)
2. In a wok heat some oil, sauté garlic & onion then ground beef or pork. until brownish (then ham) & hotdog
3. Add Spaghetti Sauce bring to boil.
4. Add caldereta mix, cream, soda and stir. (Low heat)
5. Add grated cheese & condense milk
6. Add salt, pepper seasoning mix to taste simmer (5mins) continue on stirring.
SERVE: Topped with more grated cheese, Enjoy Jollibee Taste Like Homemade Spaghetti.
