🥟Dough:
2 & 1/2 Cups Flour
Pinch of Salt
2tbps Sugar
1tsp Vinegar
100gr Butter / Margarine
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Water
▪️Combine all dry Ingredients Flour, Salt & Sugar then Mix.
▪️Cut in cubes the butter and add it in the mixture. *Make sure na Cold ang Butter*
▪️Cut the Butter into the flour with pastry Cutter or Fork. *Kailangan i-cut mabuti hanggang sa mahalo sa flour mix*
▪️Add Vinegar & Egg then Mix
▪️Add the water * pa onti onti habang ng mamasa hanggang maging smooth and dough*
▪️Chill the Dough for atleast 30Min
🥩Fillings:
1/2 kg Ground Pork or Chicken
1 Carrot
2 Potato
3 tbps Green Peas
3 tbps Raisins
Onion
Garlic
Salt
Peper
Toyo & Oyster sause
▪️Igisa ang bawang sibuyas & pork
▪️Add salt, Peper, 2 tbsp of Toyo & 1tbsp Oyster
▪️ Pag luto na ang Karne lagay nyo na po ang carrot at patatas & green peas takloban at hayaan maluto ang gulay.
▪️Last add The Raisins
🟢 divide the dough * dpende sa laki ng empanada na gusto nyo*
🟢 roll the dough and flatten using a Rolling pan.
🟢 Put fillings in the center, Fold & Wrap the Filling
🟢 Mag painit ng mantika & prituhin nyo ang Empanada, *Low- Medium heat*, until golden Brown .
