Baileys Irish Coffee Popsicles
FOR KIDS
Irish coffee popsicles are what we never knew we needed. The first layer is made of a Baileys spiked coffee and then topped with a second layer of creamy chocolate. It's an afternoon pick-me-up that always hits the spot. Our Baileys Coffee Slushies are the perfect frozen treat for when you don't have the time to wait for popsicles to freeze.
Have you tried these yet? Let us know how it went in the comments below!

Meanwhile, make the second layer: In a medium bowl, whisk the condensed milk, whole milk, and cocoa powder until cocoa powder is dissolved and mixture is well combined. Divide between the molds (with the now frozen cream layer).
Return to freezer for at least 4 hours, or until frozen. Before serving, run the molds under warm water to loosen the pop.
