Simmer potato in water until very tender. Drain and set aside for 5 minutes. (20mins)

Mash potato and mix in tuna, cheese, 1 pc egg, spring onion and MAGGI® Savor Calamansi. (5mins)

Form each portion into a 1 ½-inch balls. (15mins) Set aside in the freezer for 30mins.

Prepare flour, 2 pcs beaten eggs and breadcrumbs in 3 separate containers. (2mins)

Coat croquettes with flour. Dip in beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs. (15mins) Set aside in the freezer for another 15 minutes.

Fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Transfer into a cooling rack to drain excess oil. Serve warm with lemon. (15mins).
