Buffalo Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
☀Chicken Wings half kilo
☀Paprika
☀The famous salt and pepper
☀1 cup flour
☀Ketchup ½ cup
☀Hotsauce ½ cup
☀Butter/margarine
☀soysauce 1 tsp
☀sugar 1 tsp
☀Oil
Procedure:
1.Wash the chicken then tap with clean towel or kitchen tissue.
2. Massage the chicken with paprika, salt and pepper then set aside. Leave covered for 10-15 minutes.
3. Put pepper on flour then cover the chicken with it and leave for another 10-15 minutes
4. Fry the chicken. I usually fried the chicken twice because it will make the chicken a lot crispier even left unattended for hours For the sauce; While frying the chicken you can prepare the sauce already. On the seperate bowl combine half cup of ketchup then half cup of hotsauce. Add the remaining ingredients like the pepper, salt, little bit of paprika and 2 tsp of sugar and 1 tsp of soysauce. If frying was done, prepare your pan for the sauce. Add the butter first then 2 tsp of flour then your sauce mixture a while ago. Wait until ticken then put the chicken back to the mixture.
