-HAWAIIAN MENUDO- I decided to stay at home the whole day since the rainfall continues until now. So, going back to the challenge posed by @Chucha, I chose to cook for my loved ones a simple dish that was prepared with extra love. That way, I made their heart so warmed with delight because they are so especial. I named my recipe "Hawaiian Menudo" which had nothing to do with Hawaii or whatsoever. It just occured to me since it consisted mostly of vegetables. Meat: pork, hotdogs Vegetables: potatoes, carrots, turnips, green peas, bell pepper, raisins, pineapples Then, I added a scoop of liver spread to the base sauce of tomato paste for that additional earthy flavor.
