The Quintessential ADOBO Hey there! Are you ready for lunch? Just wanna share with you what I cooked for lunch. I gathered all the available leftover pork meat from the fridge and prepared a simple dish called Adobo. I remember that some arguments were raised by concerned citizens last year about the "standardizing the basic cooking technique for Philippine adobo." Whew! No comment. Well, I think this recipe of mine would fairly qualify for that. I only put all the basic ingredients, except what? Sugar? Never mind. I am just fond of venturing on fusion cuisine.
