β’"πΌπΏππ½π"β’ I was chuckling while preparing this dish for our lunch today. I remembered the recent brouhaha over this popular Filipino recipe called "Adobo". Well, the government just sought to "standardise" the said recipe for "cultural" purposes. What? Seriously? With that on mind I hope I would not be sued for making my Adobo recipe (and other Filipino recipes) different from the traditional one. For I am fond of doing the fusion cuisine in my cooking. Anyway, I cooked Adobong Sitaw (string beans) instead of meat. πΈ Snaps of my newly cooked String beans Adobo. #pinoyfood #vrphotographyΒ©οΈ

It's good to be inovative sometimes especially when it comes to cooking. Nice to know you like Filipino dishes tooπ
Adobo chicken is soooooo good! I don't think Italian traditional recipes are protected... Or so many people should be in jail π€£π€£π€£π€£
