โขColorful Blooms On A Gray Saturdayโข Flowers bloom even on a gray day. I'm glad that the rain graces us its cool drops today after a while. I was awoken by the downpour at dawn. And now it has started raining again just after I finished taking some snaps of these colorful blooms of moss roses along the pathway. I smelled again that particular earthy scent called petrichor. โขHarbinger of Rainโข Our Dove orchids greeted me with its blooms earlier this morning as I was searching for something for today's photo shoot. The delicate sweet scent filled my nostrils as I drew nearer to take some snaps. This is the second time this year that this orchid has bloomed. โขMung Bean Soupโข I was happy to find Mung bean in the supermarket yesterday so I bought a pack because I've been craving for this food that I cooked for lunch today. This is "ginisang munggo" (Mung bean soup) in pork meat. I added some other vegetables like squash shoots, moringa leaves, and tomatoes. Bought this for our lunch today from our neighbor who sells home-cooked food. It is called ๐๐๐ฃ๐ช๐ข๐ค๐ a savoury delicacy of our region.
