Kylian Mbape, Rihad Mahrez and Laporte Test positive for covid-19
Kylian Mbape of PSG has tested positive to covid-19 while on international duties for France. Two Manchester City players, Aymeric Laporte and Rihad Mahrez has also tested positive for the virus. Like every other sector, the football world has been hit and affected badly by the virus with some big names in football contacting the virus recently. I really feel bad for Mbape as this is happening at a very wrong time of his career, he had to be dropped from the France team that was supposed to face Croatia on Tuesday. The new season is about to commence and Manchester City would need those two players, Mahrez and Laporte more than ever. I really hope and pray for their quick recovery. If you're a football fan, you should pray for all the footballers who have tested positive for the virus to recover from it soonest. According to some sources, the English premier has stated that it's willing to go ahead with the new season, it reinstated that every safety and preventive measures would be put in place to ensure safety of players and the entire team ahead of the new season. My team is not prepared at all we have 4 of our best players out but by the grace of God we are likely to come out 5th hopefully
Wow this truly is sad news for their teams and football in general. I do hope they get better for Laporte and Mahrez before the League starts. I also wish Mbappe speedy recovery.
