Her mom Amanda is moving back to the little town in missouri where she grew up and her mom and sister still live. It really isn't a big deal as long as it don't interfere with Cassies riding. You see Cassie wants to be the next world champion barrel racer. That's all she has ever wanted. At 23 Cassie is ready to hit this year hard she came in 4th last year. A nd she is sure her and her horse Rocket can do better this year. That is if she finds a place close to her grandma's so she can board her horses and be able to practice as well. Cassie and Amanda head out of Tennessee with all their things in a moving truck and Cassies dog moon sitting in the middle. "Jake said he would bring my truck and trailer and the horses as soon as I find a place for them." Cassie tells her mom. " I am sure grandma and aunt will know of somewhere." Amanda says. " I am fucked if they don't." Cassie puts in her ear buds and turns on her music and ends up drifting off to sleep when she wakes they are only an hour away from her new home. "Man I didn't mean to fall asleep on you mom." " it's alright, moon kept me company. besides I figured you were tired you and Missy and Nina stayed out pretty late." " Yeah they are going to come up here on their great road trip." Cassie has 4 amazing besties and when they are all together it is a real collection of gorgeous beauties. Cassie is tall with deep red hair that hangs to her tiny waist a very bright pair of blue eyes high cheek bones and flawless skin. and what makes Cassie so pretty is she doesn't seem it see that when she looks at herself. Missy is short barely 5 ft 2" with blonde hair that hangs to her knees and she is full of sass, she is the pothead of the bunch her boyfriend Chad was killed in a high speed chase with the law when he missed a curve and hit a tree on his bike. Cassie would go with missy and sit with her at Chad's grave night after night snow rain it didn't matter till Missy was finally ready to let him go. Then Missy poured herself into her art she has drawn so many pictures of Cassie, Moon and Rocket. She is amazing artist. Nina is a model and a dancer that is where she and Cassie met was dance class and they became instant friends, Nina just sent her head shots to Shelly V. Fashions in New York and is hoping to hear back from them soon. The other 2 of the group are off in Europe for the next year.
Amanda is getting ready to exit off the highway and Cassie sees a huge sign over a gate VANDIVER ALLEY " What is that place mom?" "That is just the drive to some very wealthy people but your grandma was best friends with the older woman and I think the son and his wife was killed in a plane crash a few years ago and one of their kids lives there now." They pulled up at the house that Amanda grew up in and her sister Linda and her mom Ella are on the porch waving at them. Cassie and Moon get out of the truck and go up Cassie hugging her aunt Linda "Holy shit would you look who is all grown up. Girl you are going to have every young man in 5 counties over here after you. Just like your momma did." Cassie laughs" Aunt Linda I don't have time for all that bullshit my first rodeo of the season is in 38 days." Cassie hugs her grandma "GMA E how are you?" The older woman smiles up at her granddaughter "I am good as I can be my word I have been blessed with 3 beautiful granddaughters your grandpa Henry would be beside himself." Amanda makes it up the porch hugs her sister and mom just as a jeep pulls up it is Cassies cousins Beth and Madison the girls all hug and Beth introduces Cassie to her boyfriend Lee. " We are headed to Sonic to get something to drink want to go?" Beth asked. "Sure, mom will you watch Moon?" "Go on he will be fine the backyard is fenced in and he can talk with Witch Watson's poodle." Linda says. Cassie gets in the jeep and they head downtown catching up on everything. Cassie asked "Do you guys know any where I can board my horses and be able to practice?" Lee says "Yeah maybe my brother Jeff is best buddies with Ty VANDIVER and he may have room at his place." Madison says "And you would get to look at Ty all the time what a plus he is hot." They pull in at Sonic Madison goes over to where her boyfriend is at, and Beth, Lee and Cassie get out and sit at a table. Lee is talking to his brother on the phone when Cassie turns around and sees a huge really nice Chevy 4X4 pull in. "Damn that's a nice truck." Cassie says. Lee says " Never mind he just pulled in here at Sonic I will talk him love ya later."
Ty pulls in at Sonic to get a soda before he heads home he had spent the day with his brother Steve and wasn't ready to go home to that big ads house by himself. Ty parks and rolls down his window he pushes the button and that's when he sees the most gorgeous girl he has ever seen in his life. "I wonder who she is?" "Can I take your order?" "Oh yeah I need a large Pepsi please." He sees Jeff's little brother Lee sitting with his girl and the beauty. "Lee come here." Ty yells at him. Lee comes over "What's up?" Lee ask. "Who is that?" " With Beth? Bless her heart she isn't very pretty huh?" Lee laughs. "Don't be smartass who is she?" "Well that would be Cassie she is Beth's cousin she is a pro barrel racer and just so happens she needs a place to keep her horses and a place to practice. You wouldn't know of anyplace would you?"
