Introduction

Victoria .C. Uwandu is an experienced, strategic sales, marketing and growth expert professional with demonstrated success in overseeing cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience, drive sales and increase retention in Distribution. She is passionate about managing and motivating others and working in high-pressure, fast-paced collaborative environments with an accomplished background at several startups.

To better her sales, marketing & growth skills, Victoria ventured into Design Thinking Strategy, set up CHARBEL DESIGN STUDIO and used her new acquired skill-set to help several startups manufacture their artistic/creative visuals and/or revamp their complete image and brand identity across board all with the aim to increase their sales conversion and retention.

Vicky as she is fondly called is a strong believer of sustainable development and female representation in Africa. Thus, she has in recent times, created several initiatives and worked with a good number of Non-government organizations to promote the 7 MDGs in Africa. In addition, she is the Co-founder of J.A.P.P.A (JOURNEY to ACTUALIZE your PURPOSE, POTENTIALS & ASPIRATIONS) an online Travel and Tours Community that aims at providing necessary validated information and seamless assistance for the everyday Nigerian.

When Vicky is not busy doing sales and marketing or design thinking, she is writing, imparting knowledge and skills to young female entrepreneurs in her country, and helping them grow their own businesses and become version of themselves regardless of what the society thinks or says.
