Chicken Broccoli with sweet potato

Another food recipe that is good for your health 😊
INGREDIENTS:
•1 large sweet potato, peeled and diced into ¾-inch cubes (3cups)
•4tbsp olive oil, divided
•1½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, diced into pieces (about 1¼-inches, keep them close to the same size So they all cook even)
•3½ cups small broccoli florets
•½ of a medium red onion, diced into chunks
•3 cloves garlic, minced
•¾ tsp of each Dried thyme, sage, parsley and rosemary
•⅛ tsp nutmeg. Salt and freshly ground black pepper
•½ cup pecans, whole or roughly chopped
•⅓ cup dried cranberries
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place sweet potatoes in a mound on a rimmed 18 by 13-inch baking sheet, pour 1 tbsp over top and toss to evenly coat. Spread into an even layer and roast in preheated oven for 15 minutes (meanwhile chop and prep remaining ingredients).
Remove sweet potatoes from oven, add chicken pieces, broccoli florets, and red onion around sweet potatoes (just placing everything randomly). Sprinkle with garlic and drizzle everything with remaining 3 tbsp olive oil (Focusing mostly on the broccoli so it doesn't dry) and toss with a spatula to evenly coat.
Sprinkle evenly with thyme, sage, parsley, rosemary and nutmeg and about 1 tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper. Toss again to evenly coat with seasonings And spread out evenly (Try not to overlap chicken pieces).
Return to oven and roast about 16-20 minutes longer, tossing once halfway through, until chicken registers 165 degrees in center. Toss in pecans and cranberries.
Serve immediately (preferably with a glass full of apple cider, it's the perfect pairing And completes this meal).

Mango Tapioca Jelly
Hello guys, here's another recipe for a yummy dessert. And let us call this MANGO TAPIOCA JELLY. And here's the ingredients you need.
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 sachet of gulaman powder (mango flavor)
•1 can of condensed milk (mango flavor)
•1 can of Alaska evaporada
•2 ripe mangoes
•1 pack of nestle all purpose cream
•tapioca Pearl
PROCEDURES:
Slice the 2 ripe mangoes into cubes. Separate 1 mango for the gulaman mixture and the other 1 is for the toppings. Dissolve gulaman powder into 1½ cup of water. Add condensed milk mango flavor then mix. Add evaporated milk, then mix. Add nestle all purpose cream, then mix. Add the 1 piece of mango (slice into cubes). Add the sago (tapioca Pearl). And then, put it on fire over low heat until its boil. While waiting for the mixture to boil, place the remaining mangoes for toppings into the molder (but I just used puto cheese molder since we just only have 2 lanyera or leche flan molder in the house 🤣). And if our mixture is already boiling, remove it from the fire. Pour mixture in the container (molder) with your prepared mango toppings. Let it cool until the jelly becomes firm. And the mango Tapioca Jelly is already ready 😋😋😋
Rocky Road Graham Float
Good morning everyone :)
Today, I'm gonna posting a kind of dessert. And here are the ingredients that you really need.
INGREDIENTS:
740ml all purpose cream ( chilled overnight)
300ml condensed milk (chilled overnight)
20 single pack Grahams Chocolate
1-2 cups cocoa powder
1 cup mini marshmallows (more if needed) * extra for toppings
¾ cup roasted peanuts (more if needed) *extra for toppings
1tsp. Vanilla extract (optional)
10g. Gelatine clear and unflavored (optional)
⅛ cup hot water
PROCEDURE:
• In a bowl, combine condensed milk, cocoa powder and vanilla extract. Mix well.
• Whip all purpose cream for 5minutes on high speed.
• Gradually add chocolate-milk mixture and whip for another 3-5 minutes.
• Combine hot water and gelatine. Mix until gelatine dissolves. *Do not add hot gelatine into the cream mixture.
• Add dissolved gelatine and mix for 10-15 seconds.
• Add mini marshmallows and roasted peanuts
• Fold into the cream mixture.
• Arrange the Grahams into the container.
• Gently pour the Chocolate cream Mixture.
• Add toppings and chill for 4hours or overnight.

I've always looked up on you. I admired you so much that it tore my heart into pieces knowing your love for me has finally come to it's end. It's disappearance. It has finally turned into specks fading and wafting through the winds. Bidding it's farewell. I thought it would never come because no matter how our relationship had its flaws, we were so in love. Well I guess that's what I thought.
All the time, I had always been ecstatic waking up for another day. A new day means a day that I could be in your arms. A day spent with you meant so much to me. You meant like the constellation in the galaxy, you were my art that I would cherish and appreciate so bad.
The setting of the sun has never scared me until now, until now that you are gone from my embrace. I'm scared that once the sun has set, another day will come beckoned with the rising sun I wouldn't know how to live like before. I wouldn't smile the same way anymore. From all the kaleidoscopic colours of the rainbow around my perspective it was exchanged with sorrowful monochromatic Black and white hues. The rainbow has came and has finally passed. Your love for me has ceased. Leaving my chest cracked, wounded and defeated but I still took the risk. I made my promise and I will pursue that.

Show your true colour
If every person was color, there would be so many different colors and everyone have their own color. Some people may think other colors are just more beautiful and important than their color. Some people can't appreciate their color and try to be another color. But I believe that every color is beautiful. You can be black, white,blue, green, purple, yellow, red, grey, whatever it is; that's the true color that represents who you are and fits best in you. Don't change your color because that's what you're meant to be.
Why is this happening to me?
There's a time when you have no idea what happens in your life. Life doesn't go the way you plan. Problems come and you feel like giving up. You ask, "why is this happening to me, God?" You want an answer so you know where you should go, but you just can't get it.
You ask "why?" Because you don't understand the reason God puts you in the situation and where he bring you from there. The truth is, you can't always understand God's work, but that's alright. You don't have to understand everything. All you need is to believe that God has a beautiful plan for you. Be faithful. Perhaps you can't see it, but that doesn't mean God doesn't have a great plan for you. Perhaps bad things happen, but doesn't mean God doesn't love you. Have faith and you'll see hope.

Granny dies for covid19. Grandson tried to revive her with mouth to mouth breathing. The woman was in the parking lot of this hospital waiting for medical care, however, she began to present respiratory complications, so her grandson approach her.
The images show the grandson who tries to resuscitate her with mouth to mouth breath but was unsuccessful, when the doctor arrived minutes later confirmed that he did not Have vital signs.

The national government's anti-coronavirus task force has placed Cebu City back to a stricter enhanced community quarantine (ECQ).
Due to the increasing number of new cases and widespread community transmission in majority of the barangays in the city as well as the consistent case doubling time of less than seven days, and the significant increase in critical care utilization against critical care capacity. Cebu City shall be escalated back to ECQ.
The task force has upgraded the quarantine status of the neighboring Talisay city from GCQ to MECQ.
