Can all these be linked to your mindset, how you reason or they're affected by the immediate environment you find yourself.

Before we begin let's have a look at what 'Mindset' denotes

Mindset is a term that refers to the way a person thinks and views the world. It can influence one's beliefs, attitudes, behaviors, and outcomes in various domains of life. According to some psychologists, there are two main types of mindsets: fixed and growth.

A fixed mindset is the belief that one's abilities and traits are innate and unchangeable. People with a fixed mindset tend to avoid challenges, give up easily, ignore feedback, and feel threatened by the success of others. They believe that talent and intelligence are the keys to success, and that effort is not important¹.

A growth mindset is the belief that one's abilities and traits can be developed and improved through learning and practice. People with a growth mindset tend to embrace challenges, persist in the face of obstacles, seek feedback, and learn from the success of others. They believe that effort and perseverance are the keys to success, and that talent and intelligence can be enhanced¹.

Research has shown that having a growth mindset can lead to positive outcomes such as higher achievement, motivation, self-esteem, and resilience. Therefore, it is important to cultivate a growth mindset in oneself and others, especially in the areas of education, work, and personal growth.
