Society’s circumstances

Where there’s no objective morality in the society there shouldn’t be an objective legality and if that’s the case moral relativism establishes legal relativism and this should allow judges to enforce legal relativism and legal anarchy as it is the nature of the society. Opposition wins with this and also on the contemporary changes of society ’s circumstances.
