Change, whenever we mention this word produces some anxiety or we associate it with something really bad, and it is not exactly so, on the contrary, I am one of those who think that change brings development and is that history itself gives us a great example, over the years everything has been changing, It is normal to have a little anxiety at the beginning of any change, but after a while we get used to it again, clearly we must take into account what kind of people "we are" that is, that we also adapt to new situations, new problems and the ability to solve or also possess the subject to cope with them.
To begin by changing our habits, can be a good start, this will help us to have a greater ability to adapt to new situations, and it will not take us by surprise when it happens.
Of course we must take into account that culturally and especially in education, has not been encouraged that change always happens is inevitable friends, to be clear, it is a natural and universal law, one of the immutable laws, for the same reason that I have already mentioned above, and is not dependent on what kind of government we have or what family you come from ... the change happens and we all affect us, either in large or perhaps very little ...
However, we commonly hear in people's conversations, "I'll stay as I am" "better the devil you know than the good you don't know". Please this kind of lapidary phrases like these, which do not make sense in this day and age.....
I have always said that the subjects do not necessarily change in terms of behavior, they are only modified, the use of the word "change" is incorrectly used to indicate as "change" of the person, and yes, our behavior is modified as these changes around us happen, we must understand that we will not be the same as time goes by, at an experiential level or the vision we have of ourselves and the world around us.
The same thing happens with Business Organizations, they must change hand in hand with the reality that surrounds us. If the members of a business organization change, which they will change, the organization must go hand in hand with its members. If the information of a cell is not transmitted well, diseases arise, especially cancer, which is why we can apply this same axiom to the rest of the situations. In reality it is a question of the correct information flowing, that the right information is transmitted and arrives at the right time. It seems difficult, but it is not so difficult, our body does it every second of our lives.
That is why I always say that we must understand the importance of communicating information in the right way, as well as interacting in symbiosis with the times, to be able to identify the opportunities offered by the different environment we are living in.
Something that is happening frequently, is the enormous volume of information that we are handling back and forth, it is almost impossible to be able to discriminate whether it is adulterated or not, whether it is real or invented. The contrasted sensation I have is that a lot of information serves no purpose, except to program us as "sheep". To this I include practically all the information sold in the mass media. I am not arguing if someone wants to consume this information, everyone is free to choose the product they need or want. But reader friends, we should be a little more presumptuous when it comes to choosing a product to consume or what you really want to see and hear. Let no one think that what appears in the media is reality. We will never have a real criterion of what happens in this world by watching only the news, maybe this last thing I have mentioned many do not like .... But please, those who know the most, are the ones who count the least. This reality has always been the case and there is little leakage of what they want to come to light.
To be honest, something that would serve and help many people would be to know how to discriminate which information has the colors of truth, at least of sincerity, and which is suspected of self-serving manipulation. Otherwise, it is very difficult to stay awake in the face of such a flood of useless information.
If we know the rules of the game of this system, and also have the ability to abstract from it, we will have a broad perspective of things. Remember the "myth of Plato's cave". Let no one come out of the cave to tell us the opportunities of new realities that exist out there, we will lose infinite opportunities, because the world we see, is just that, our reality. It is very healthy, from time to time, to explore other realities, so it is difficult for changes to catch us asleep.
