First day experience on the job.

My name is Ven Rik. I'm just like any other boy. The first day of work is very important for any person. Today I am going to share with you my first job day. I hope readers like it.

The night before my first work day I was so anxious, I didn't sleep well at night. I woke up in the morning, got ready to go to the office, and got out. I reached my office destination by bus.

On the first day, I got acquainted with everyone in the office, I understood the work from the seniors. Some days went by like this, some days later, I got a lot of praise for my work from the seniors. Then it seems that almost 1 year is going to end. That's why I think the first day of the new job should be?

Those of us who join new jobs often suffer from anxiety. Moving to new workplace. Today is the first day at work. These days, how long have you been waiting for this job! Going to see some new faces. You will know various new information. All in all a little extra preparation should be done for the first day of the job. Here are some suggestions:

1. Punctuality: You need to be physically and mentally fit. So deep sleep the night before is important. And of course get to the office on time.

2. To be happy: The first day in the office may not be given any work. But remember, this is the workplace. You were not invited to eat there. Talk to new coworkers happily, exchange greetings. Show interest in others. Ask questions. However, it should not be annoying. You can easily gain their trust.

3. Confidence: Have confidence. If you feel upset, tell yourself in your mind that you are not going to be interviewed for any other job today. Rather you have been recruited here by selecting from among other candidates as qualified. So give the company the impression that they did not hire the wrong people.

4. Not too much friendship: You know nothing about coworkers. So don't make hasty decisions about anyone. Avoid showing too much friendship to anyone. Continue the normal conversation as much as possible.

5. Exercise restraint: First day of work, first meeting with many. Don't go out to lunch with a friend on this day or after work, no matter how tempting you may be. But if one of your coworkers invites you out of the workplace, think about it. There you will have the opportunity to speak informally.

6. Keep notes: New office means new colleagues. Many times everyone's name cannot be remembered. So you can write everyone's name. Also, keep notes of what you learned from the process. There will be no fear of forgetting the tasks.The first day of the job can be wrong.

7. Stay away from social media: On the first day of office the state of mind will be different, it is normal. If you are nervous and tell the same thing on social media, then seeing someone in the office may give you a negative impression.

8. Not to mention the previous office: The current job may differ from the previous job. So don't compare the two jobs. Your current boss and co-workers may be upset if you talk about your previous job.

9 Regret the mistake: The first day of the job can be mistake. That's why you can't be upset about it. Admitting mistakes is the first challenge of a new job.

There are other things that you can do when you go to the office to realize the impact of the environment. But keep in mind, "You can't be over smart just to be smart."

The first day in the office may be a bitter or very good experience for many. Which depends on the attitude and behavior of the staff and colleagues of the organization. So be careful in your behavior so that the job of choice is long-lasting and it can play an important role for your career.

Be thankful to those who spoke to you on the first day, or to those who helped you a little. Also, thank someone who informs you about something technologically, or what's in an office space. You see, going to the office the next day will not be as uncomfortable as the first day. This will gradually make it easier for you to work with everyone. Remember, ‘thank you’ is a very small word but it has a lot of scope!
