Nutella cake in 15 minutes! The crispy biscuit base and two creams are complemented by a glaze with milk chocolate. There is no difference in taste with the final product, only in the price, and instead of Nutella, you can also use Eurocream, which you are already sure is good and suits you.
Ingredients:
300 g of ground biscuits
70 g butter
30 g of nesquik
100ml of milk
400 g cream cheese
50 g of powdered sugar
500 ml sweet sour cream
200 gr nutella
Glaze:
100 g of milk chocolate
50 g of dark chocolate
150 ml of sweet sour cream
Preparation:
Mix biscuits and nesquik and add semi-melted or softened butter.
Pour in the milk and mix.
Place a 25 x 25 cm or 30 x 20 hoop on the tray (and everything can be placed in a deeper pan), shake out the biscuit mixture and press by hand.
Leave in the fridge until the fillings are made.
Whisk in the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Whisk especially sweet sour cream.
Combine both and stir a little with a mixer, then combine with a spatula or wire.
Apply half of this kneaded filling on a layer of biscuits and flatten.
In the other half, add the melted nutella (dissolve in the microwave or by holding the jar in hot water, in which case place the jar before whipping the fillings).
Apply the whole filling with nutella on the white filling and flatten.
For the glaze, break the chocolate and pour over the hot sweet sour cream and mix until combined and a fine light brown glaze is obtained.
Pour over the cake by pouring on a spatula or spoon, not directly on the cake so as not to make a hole in the filling.
Leave in a mold or pan until serving.
Before serving, remove the hoop or cut it in a pan and take out the cubes and lunches with a spatula.
