Ingredients

500 g noodles

1 kg of apples

150 g of walnuts

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

100 g brown sugar

oils

500 ml of water

500 ml of sugar

1 vanilla sugar

Preparation

1.

Cook the agda from the sugar, water and vanilla sugar until slightly thickened

(ca 1/2 hour, and medium temp.)

Peel an apple and grate it.

Add brown sugar and cinnamon.

Chop the walnuts with a knife into slices and also add to the apples.

Take 3 leaves of noodles, coat each leaf a little with oil and

put one noodle on top of the other.

Put 4-5 tablespoons of apple mixture and roll the noodles lightly into a roll.

Place on a baking sheet (30 × 40).

Continue like this until you have used up all the noodles.

Coat the pie with a little oil and bake at 200 ° C for 20-25 minutes.

Pour hot pie with cold agave.

Allow to cool and cut into trays.
