SpaceX launched the first crew to the ISS on Crew Dragon. Four astronauts went to the station - three from NASA and one from the Japanese space agency.
Crew-1 mission was the first full mission of SpaceX and NASA to the ISS and the second launch of people for the company. SpaceX also for the first time sent into space four people at once - before that it launched two astronauts.
Crew-1 entered orbit within 12 minutes after the launch, but the astronauts will spend more than a day in the capsule before docking with the ISS. The ship will reach the station only after 27 hours and docks itself to the station.
