I have asked the Lord for a long time

I have long asked the Lord to answer one prayer.

But I am exhausted from waiting.

Silence is like a razor through my heart.

I didn't understand such love.

I have no idea what you can do, O God.

I've lost my holy peace

I've lost the faith that's more precious than riches.

One day in complete silence

When I couldn't close my eyes

God spoke to me:

"I know all about man!

"I know his future,

"I know man's future, his wishes, his thoughts and his ways,

His sin-sick nature,

"I know his plans and his worries.

"I do not hide the good.

I know the heart of love.

And if I don't give,

I warn against evil."
