Profit of Etherium miners in November increased compared to the previous month and reached $262 million, but this is still lower than in August and September.
As in the previous few months, a significant portion of the Airtime Miners' profit was generated through transaction fees. The increase in this type of revenue is due to the growth of the decentralized finance industry (DeFi) and the number of transactions. Thus, in November, the Airline's miners received $62 million in profit from transaction fees.
Although November was the third month in 2020 by the volume of profit earned from transaction fees, it is far from the results of September. In September, the profit of the Etherium's miners amounted to $321 million, and half of this amount was received from transaction fees. November proved to be more successful for the Bitcoin miners - they received $500 million in profit, with the index increasing by 47.9% compared to October.
