Which Bank Is The Best For Savings In Nigeria?

With the recent development from the Central bank of Nigeria and input in stamp due charges, a lot of banks have used this as an advantage to extort/remove large money from the accounts of their users, also some unnecessary fees are being deducted from the accounts of people who bank with some of this banks.

So I want to ask, which Bank is more considerate in terms of their charges for savings account currently?
