Read.cash is loosing content

It's so so sad the major aim and reason why this platform was created is deviating drastically, on joining read.cash 2months ago we we're 5000+ users here, and upon joining I saw great post about Crypto currency, BCH adoption , life style, Health , Free writing contest and lots more which would help you improve the way you think and also keep you updated on things happening around us and also keep you educated and informed, but until recently have been inactive tho for quite some times, coming back to start writing on read.cash was such a joy for me cause I was free from what kept me away from the platform, as we all know reading people's post to keep your self informed is one major reason why the platform was created In the first place, but I was so disappointed upon coming online to lots and lost of notification on my dashboard on different post in which majority was disappointing.....

I don't wish condemning anyone but its something someone must come out to clear the air about.

Seeing post about ponzi schemes, lotto, and unnecessary pop ups of notification every minute without nothing informative to share on such post or gain..

And I must say the platform is loosing contents, Gone are those days when you come online and what you see on the home page are informative posts which would keep the reader engaged.

Many new users would come online and would want to scroll through Read.cash just to understand the platform but start seeing unnecessary post which would make new and old users loose interest in continuing the read.cash journey...

I came to love BCH by reading Great posts about BCH on Read.cash by great crypto investors with the likes of @MarcDeMesel @scottcbusiness @BCHouseVE @ErdoganTalk and many others..

Or has the aim Of read.cash changed?

This is really not a platform for unnecessary post and all, we all must join hands together to grow read.cash as its a collective effort, we are all gaining and earning from the platform so why destroy it???

BCH cash is here to stay and thanks to read.cash for spreading the BCH gospel and I believe it would spread wide and far through this platform, let's do what's Right..

It's really not about high quality article tho, its about having an educative article, a lot of people I believe wanna fit in and really can fit in, only if they can work on them self and do intensive research....

Well, what kind of moderation though? Like there's a panel of volunteers who checks the articles and rewards them for giving the right kind of content??

I know that the developers of Read Cash are doing the impossible with the few resources that exist but I will make an observation

Compare this social network with those that have already existed yours.org, honestcash ... they were social networks that tried to be what today we can say is excess

We have very prestigious personalities from the crypto world, here business decisions are published that have an impact on the future of the economy, so Read Cash is actually very big, having less than a year in the middle of a pandemic with all the problems in the world

Read Cash is the best in these times, and it will continue to improve with what we contribute

You are right, the average quality of the material posted has drastically fallen. Perhaps the quality content from before is still created, but now it drowns in all the rubbish, so it is hard to find it. An external reader finding this site would probably leave almost immediately.

Moderation would be needed, but it is hard to do it in a fair way and it is extra work. Read.cash as one person,cannot handle all that himself - and letting software do it comes with other problems.

On the other hand, the purpose of Read.cash is to spread the use of BCH, and with so many members here, one can say that it has been successful. However, most of them are cashing out their BCH to FIAT rather quickly and will probably never become users of BCH beyond that. I don't know if that is really meaningful.

It is probable, however, that if the average quality of the material here will continue to fall, high quality authors will leave.

Really right on point, in the case if converting BCH to Fiat, BCH should come up with a smart contract that would allow people keep BCH.
