Domestic Violence in Africa
Domestic violence has been one of the major concern to discuss about in our society Domestic violence also named (Domestic abuse or family violence) is one which happens in most homes which is committed by spouse in form of sexual abuse, physical beating, not respecting your spouse also any behavior with the sole purpose of gaining power over a spouse, partner, family relative and girlfriend or boyfriend is tagged domestic violence. This form of violence also involves violence against children, parents, or the In Africa today we see, hear and Note Domestic is being increasing in the continent. Africa has become a hub in which violence against women and kids are not readily looked into. Domestic violence against women and children has been one of the major concern, recently we have seen how rape causes have increased drastically cause of the covid 19 pandemic recently. Rape is another form of domestic violence and this happens in Marriages and also no age limit is being spared, domestic violence has been one of the most underreported crime cases in the world cause people doing this evil are close relatives (family ) and also to avoid stigmatisation from the society. **We have different types of domestic violence as it's affect or society** * **Control :** behavior is one which help us control the way we behave is one way to prevent domestic violence, not controlling the way we behave tend to lead to a lot of uncontrollable character traits. ***Physical** **abuse** : any physical aggressive behavior, holding of physical needs, indirect/Direct physically harmful behavior, or threat of physical abuse. E.g Hitting, kicking, biting, slapping, shaking, pushing, pulling, Withholding of physical needs including denials of sleep or meals e t.c * **Sexual Abuse :** This involve forceful having an affair with anyone without their consent and this leads to rape, Sexual abuse may involve both verbal and physical behavior, This may include making a fun of another’s sexuality or body, making offensive statements, taking advantage of a victim who is not able to make an informed decision about involvement in sexual activity because of being asleep, sleeping with an underage below +18 e.t.c * **Economic Abuse :** This is one mostly found in Africa, this kind of abuse is also called a financial abuse, this abuse involve using children for businesses, trading children for money, buying and selling of children, making children hulk on the streets instead of being in school. Domestic violence is a threat to humanity and must be stopped.

Economic abuse and sexual abuse amidst other abuses are kingpins in the Nigerian community these days.. Sometimes I ask myself if going back to military rule would wash the land off the stains these abuses have painted it with.
Going back to the military regime won't solve anything really(frog no dae jump go back), rather the government should create policies to tackle this rising challenges
This is really sad.
I become very sad when I see partner's suffering in marriages, crying and regretting marrying. This affect the children the most and also in a case where children are being violated as if they are not humans.
So so so sad, we can make things better by being the change we want and also preaching absolute change
As God created us giving us lives we dont deserve to be violated by someone. My heart broke every time i heard someone who violates other.
Its so painful being violated by someone who was suppose to provide care to you.. May God help us all

Sana bago ninyo isipin ang iba Ay maisip ninyo muna na Sa gantong sitwasyon Tayong mga pilipino ang mas mahalaga Araw araw sa telibisyon binabalita Nadadagdagan na naman ang bilang Dapat ba tayong maalarma Kung pati mga bata ay naaapektuhan na Kaya ang buhay ay biglang gumulo Dahil kumakalat na ito sa buong mundo Dalawa lang ang ating kailangan "Ang magtiwala at ang magtulungan" Huwag na tayong mandaya Tulungan natin ang sariling bansa Ipagdasal lahat ng napinsala At sa may kapa tayo ay maniwala Magtiwala Magtulungan Matatapos din ang kahirapan At makakamit din natin ang kaligayahan Sa huli ay kapayapaan ng bansa.
