Hello Monday, it's a new week and a new dawn, I know a lot of people have this phobia for Monday's, back then in school I usually hates Monday cause it's when we get to have all classes being fixed and it was so tedious and stressful, anyways I had to live with it and accept the fact that its just for the main time and this times would surley pass.
Look on the brighter side at least Monday happens once a week .
Tips in making your Monday productive
Know yourself
Its a new week with brand new activities, k ow your self and don't allow things you can avoid bring sadness to your life this new week.
Never compare yourself to others
Always be at your best and never compare your self with others, people are passing through different physical and emotional trauma in which my trigger a wrong impulse in the brain, since the advent of the novel corona virus things have been working quite slowly but never give up keep working for the best is yet to come.
Never measure happiness by the standard of others
Life are full of personal struggles, and everyman has his own battles to face, Be happy anyway you can, but never be a pain to someones life, and be good to all men.
Focus on being a better person.
If you did something not good last week or performed poorly, this week try and improve your game and become better, Note what you did wrong in the past week, do it biger and better this week.
Accept who you are
Accepting who you are is one great tool so people who accept you for you, this is a key to self love, cause you indirectly invite people to accept the real you.
