      I'm not disputing that fact. The ballon d'or is for a calendar year which spans from i think October to October. Consistent in 3 years doesn't matter. What Messi suggested is the best. Give Lewy an award for last year's. Lewy did well last season but apart from the goals even Benzema beat him in all aspect. He was even injured mid season. Even an honest Ronaldo fan will tell you this is deserving.
