Another weekend has arrived my dear friends. But even vacation I'm still busy inside our house. Ria was supposed to visit her brother JJ at their grandparents' house, but she threw an early tantrum this morning. She wanted my smartphone, but of course, I didnβt allow her. We told her that she could either go with her sister or study first before using the TV or smartphone. I let her cry it out, and after a while, she calmed down and we studied her lessons together. Even vacation I still need to review Ria's lessons because she's just learning to read.

A boat and a paddle is really important to ours that live in this kind of place. My husband told me that his relatives don't have their own boat before. So what they did is to sink because they want to continue their lives. His cousins want to finish their studies, so no matter how hard it is they endure it all. The recent water before was above the knee so even safety boots can't be used. Years later they did have but it's really wiggle because it's very old. Their other relatives pity their situation so even though the boat is old they give it to them so they would not soak in the flood.
I've visited the place I've grown. I went because of an important matter, I also finished what has to be done. Travelling Bulacan to Manila takes almost two hours, so while I'm capable of visiting the places I've used to be I explore around it. There is no mass when I went there but a church is always free to visit. I was a bit tired to go home, I sat down and pray, there are a lot of people I saw inside that place. Problems that's make them suffer like mine. The Confession Room grabbed my attention. My mom was strict when it comes to attending mass every Sunday. If I skip one I need to confess before she forgives me, as if we don't misunderstood each other everyday.
I was born a Filipina with these chinita eyes, but growing up, I didn't appreciate my features. I didn't have siblings, and my dad left when I was little, but that wasn't the source of my insecurity. As I grew older, I met my beautiful cousin Valerie - her name suits her perfectly. She has big brown eyes and a pointed nose, and her skin is fairer than mine. I couldn't help but envy her beauty. She has a younger sister, but Valerie's features make her stand out. Sometimes, I find myself comparing, but I'm working on embracing my own unique qualities.
Still here in my in-laws house and every day every week the days are becoming harder. Even though my husband is giving money to his parents. You can only find peace in our own house. But how can we go home if the water is still high. It always remember to goes up but it forgot to goes down π
I'm excited for my husband to come home. Living in his parents house is a bit crazy. But my mother-in-law is kind as ever. But of course even the kindest has some attitude. What keeps me annoyed is my children's cousin Mariel. She's very lazy after her aunt went away. She doesn't have to do anything but to take care of her child. But she can't even do it! All she'll do is to watch on the cellphone. And it's not even her's! It's her grandmother's phone. She has her own phone before, it was bought by her grandmother but when she outbursts she will throw it away and destroy it. That's how she thinks. Whenever my sister-in-laws are away my mother-in-law will not tell Mariel's attitude. She will hide it so her daughter won't worry.
Thereβs no place like home. I don't know how long we been staying in my in-laws house. After everything β the noise, the chaos β nothing feels better than coming back to the place where love feels natural and peace feels real. Home isnβt just walls and floods inside of itβ¦ itβs where your heart finally rests. Itβs where laughter heals, memories live, and every corner whispers, βYou belong here.β π₯Ίβ€οΈ
It's so painful that our seven year old relative died because of Dengue. She also has a down syndrome. I'm thankful that my son is completely heal. But for a mom with four kids I can't heal their arguments as siblings. Especially now that we live in my in-laws house.
If you're a follower to my short post you'll recall that I posted about a possible Dengue Case to my son. His platelet count was 153, the doctor said it can be treated at home. We wasn't able to came back after two days. He vomited after three days so I brought him back. His platelet drop to 134, I was worried that he will admitted to the hospital. But the doctor said he was completely healing. It's up to us if we're going bring him to the hospital. He gave us a permission letter to let him confined if we wanted. But he was able to carry his self after drinking medicine. Again two we wasn't able to come back again. To know he is fine, thank you Lord God ππ» and l gave him ferrous sulfate to increase his blood count.
Because of the endless floods, my children always have modular learning. So even their projects can't be done. I just thought that it's more important for children to do projects because they're at home more often. Have a blessed and happy weekend friends and read cash community
We had a long weekend this week because my kids still have no class tomorrow. Not because of the endless high tide and floods, but because of the holiday that I didn't bother to know. My son, his classmates and the others needed to do a performance task. Their dance will help their grades, which have dropped due to absenteeism in the class. We weren't able to make some modules while we were in my in-laws house. It's really hard for a student to study in these kinds of surroundings. My son even said that he was teased by his classmates because he was riding a boat! I said what's wrong with that? We are not the only ones who live in this kind of situation. The difference is we happen to live near the school. Many people will really judge us! But as long as we are not hurting anyone, there's nothing wrong with all of these..
My son wasn't able to join any biking activities. The rainy season was a big disturbance for cyclists like my son. The high tide will make their bicycle dirty and rusty. Before he stopped using his bike, Aaron said that they'll be having a long ride. Aaron had already been in that place. My son should have been with them, but we have no money that time. I already knew how far they would go, so I didn't allow him. But after Aaron sent a photo to my son and saw how he was envious, I decided to allow him if Aaron would invite him. The difference between my son and Aaron; my son will check his bicycle before going on a long ride. And now they are off to go. I feel how excited he is, I told them to be very careful on the road.
Happy 19th birthday to my dear daughter. Thank you so much for everything, your understanding, patient, loving, caring. You have all the good characters in the world and I'm always proud of you. I know someday all your dreams for yourself and to our family will come true. I'm sorry if we can't give you what you want, but we're trying our best to give you what you need. I love you so much π
The sun is shining so bright like the friendship I had from a friend here in Read dot cash, As I grow here in this platform I also found friends that made me comfortable to stay. They made me believe that I'm capable of changing my life. So I made our everyday lives a story to share. I know our kind of lifestyle is really different from the others. But I know, I capture the heart of some of you. Not to be a pity but to see something different.
I've always talked about the flood in our house. This time I think my thighs already gave up! Last year it was the itchy and painful athlete's foot. But I learned to use baby oil and it really prevents it from spreading. But I didn't expect the consequence would be like these hard! I already saw these through my kids but I didn't expect they could handle it well better than me. It took me an hour to calm down! All I can do is to take turns scratching them both. I put alcohol and put it in, it was painful! But it helped me calm down. I couldn't put any ointment or cream, because I'll be soaking in flood again and again. All we can do is to wait for the flood to leave us.
My aunt asked my daughter to accompany her to the city. It's not easy to accompany an 80 year old woman. But my daughter has a lot of patients. It was hot that day, my aunt wasn't feeling well. When she asks my daughter to go out she will buy all the things she needs inside her house. I'm just 36 years old but I feel a lot in my body. What about my aunt who is already old? Her daughter told her to leave her house and live with her. But my aunt refused too, because of a child who is not related to her. It's a complicated situation because her grandson had a wife.
I just want to greet my son a happiest birthday. I want to imagine if he was not forced to live here. He might have the proper IQ he needed for his age. He always tells me that he wanted to go home to our house. But he wasn't allowed too. To my son we love him so much and my only wish for him is to help his self because education is very hard for every individual living in this world.
"Possible Dengue" My son had suffered from flu since Saturday morning. The most worrieng part was he vomited, we bought him a medicine but good thing his father force him to see a doctor. And after the doctor saw him it told that our son might have a dengue. Tomorrow we are going back for another CBC. After the doctor saw the first result he told us that our son is fine for now so instead of confining him to the hospital he said that it could home. But really needed to be observed if he don't stop from vomiting he needs to be confined. But thank God he is doing well.
Before wrapping around the stress in my daughter's school; her friends asked if she would go to a car show with them. Because I haven't seen one, I told she should come and have fun. It's also a good check on the situation in their school because it's just near the building.
Glad that before the high tide strikes again my son and his classmates were able to practice for the languages month. I never experienced these kinds of activities when we were in junior high school. They took three weeks to clearly memorize the steps. The place was very wide for them, I could imagine if senior high school didn't implement in the Philippines. They are just kids that love to play every break time. While they are climbing trees they forget how old they are. They smile to forget their stress and problems
I could imagine our lives living with the successful flood control. Our lifestyle and normal days would not be like these. Waking and sleeping with a flood inside our houses. If our double decker isn't adjustable, we'd probably have to leave the house sooner or later. Even if there's no storm the high tides keeps on going. And because we don't have proper flood control here in the Philippines there's no way the water can be prevented from entering our area.
My son's birthday is coming up soon but I'm the one who received the sweetest words. My new dentures have arrived. After eight years, they have been finally replaced. But I'm really changing because my first dentures were called immediate dentures. A process where after extracting a tooth the denture will already be put in. But this time it's bigger. I was irritated with it so sometimes I remove it. And I smile even I don't have a teeth. I said to my kids I'm so ugly. But my son said, the most important is we have a mother. To the point that he didn't grow beside me. He was my complicated son and I didn't expect that the flood would re unite us.
When talking about the lakes and rivers, everything in our place looks like that. Because of the corruption here in our country, the Philippines, our flood control project was never made possible.
Every woman surely wants to wear a sparkling crown. Either you won it or you just want to wear it on a special occasion. I bought a crown for my daughter Ria and she wore it last May as a Ava Maria for the Flowers of May. This year she wore a white dress so I made her crown special.
We had an amazing week while ignoring the flood around us. But in every flood there's a good Samaritan that share it's blessings to us. The stub was well organized because they put a name on the back of it. My son went to the cover court and get the relief goods. The fund was not from the government but from their own money. They are generous and kind hearted. We are thankful that they share their blessing to us. God will return all the blessings they share with us.
I'm not feeling well today. We went to our house yesterday to wash the laundry. I am reaping my salvation from always soaking in the flood. If before I cared about my athletes foot, now my body and head are aching.
Setting Up The Goals For 2025 Honestly I felt that we had a good start for this year. But all of sudden unexpected things happened, a promise or a resolution was broken. Goals are like plans, if you plan to have a better life it will help you to work harder on that. After I learned something about myself my goals were suddenly becomes questionable. But while you see me coming back here in Read.Cash it means I'm still fighting to live my life. Personally my goals for 2025 is to bring my son to the neurologist. He has lump on the back of his head. And it seems it's not normal. I'm really worried about his condition, his father has a hospital insurance and his kids are his beneficiaries. Except for me. I just need to a find a hospital and we also need money for the transportation fees. My husband also said that his going to put a second floor on his house and I hope it will be true this year. Because we wait too long and suffer long enough. I think we deserve to be treated in a better way. I will try harder to look for more online opportunity. As a person we need to have our own source of income. It's hard to beg for money, even to our own relative, husband or even to a friend. We just don't need to set our plan or goals but we need to work hard on it. We all have our own battles in life, sometimes I'm facing a war, my weapon is God I know he knows all my pains in my life. Someday I will harvest on what I worked hard for. I have so many dreams not for myself but for my love ones. If you could check my list myself was in the last. Thank you for reading, I'm happy to be back here in Read cash community.

Hello everyone π€π€ I'm back once more LoL π π How's everyone here? Been away for a couple of months. Hope your all fine and happy. I'm busy because my youngest daughter Ria is also studying at the daycare. Hope to catch some good news β£οΈππ

Happy Easter Sunday Read cash Friends Blessed Sunday everyone today is Easter Sunday, Jesus Christ has already risen and the holy week is already finished. Tommorw is a normal day for everyone, I hope we'll all have a wonderful week . We all need to grind for our family and I'm inspired to do my best because of them. We had an ordinary day today I washed the clothes that hubby brought home. Then I cooked some simple and delicious meal for them so my today's post is going to be a recipe too. And living in the water world brought us a lot of fresh fish. And here's my recipe that you could also do in your home. ***Fish tomato soup*** Ingredients 4 large tomatoes 1 large onion A piece ginger One cup of water 2 tablespoon of fish sauce Seasoning Tilapia Procedure Wash and cut the ingredients needed, in a casserole add the water, onion and ginger. Boil them in high heat, when it's already boiling squeeze the tomatoes with your ladle. And add the fish, fish sauce and seasonning wait patiently to boil. Then taste what's missing, maybe your wondering what's the taste from those ingredients? It taste delicious and sweet because the Tilapia is freshly caught. I lit a fire on the wood we used this to save our LPG. When rainy season comes it will be hard for us to cook on wood. And here's the finished product, we enjoyed eating our lunch earlier while dipping the fish into the fish sauce. My son also went home in my previous previous post I already mentioned that my third son JJ lives in my in-laws house. At first they only want to borrow him but after hubby had an injure we left no choice but to give them JJ so I can take care more of my other kids and him. I have a total of four kids two boys and two girls. And JJ live near to us but some complicated reasons leads us not to visit him often. Thank you so much for dropping by... Love lots, @UsagiGallardo215π
