If you don't know what it is. I will tell you that this is a food in the Philippines located at the Bicol Region.

Bicol Express is consist of these ingredients; pork, shrimp paste, ginger, garlic, onion and specialy a lot of "chilli".

Yes. You it is right a lot of chilli that makes the food called express, because of its hotness when you ate it.
