Many flights were canceled by airlines that depend on Microsoft Office and Cloud services.
The Indian government's IT minister said they are worried about the citizens' daily lives, which depend so much on Microsoft's Office and other apps.
Should global businesses depend on a particular company's online services?
There have been many such disruptions to Microsoft's services in the past.
Business houses must seek other options from the open-source software community.
