How to Cheer Yourself for Life
Are you mentally down?
Do not worry. There are solutions.
We do not need to climb a high mountain top to get inspiration. Although, visiting the nature helps to clean our minds from distractions.
We do not need to visit a paid coach. Although, paid coaching may sometimes help.
While scanning articles and posts on LinkedIn, I found something worth sharing.
We need to have inspiration to continue with the daily hardships of life. But, how to get it?
It is not always possible to go to a coach or a wise person to seek advice. It takes time and money.
So, how do you remain motivated and super inspired without taking any external help?

I got a super tip from Sarah Korenblit Yusim, LCSW on LinkedIn. She explained in a short video how to remain highly inspired and motivated without visiting a coach or climbing a mountain.
Where can we get encouragement?
It is not easy to cope up with the challenges we face everyday.
So, we often think of visiting a coach or a wise person to guide us with motivational words of wisdom.
We can get enough inspirational quotes, articles, and free sample video lessons around cyberspace.
Recently, I watched a short video by Sarah Korenblit Yusim, LCSW. It offers me the tip to inspire self without recourse to a paid coaching.

I got a simple advice how to get encouragement from our own selves.
I call it a super tip for self-motivation.
You may call it a technique for getting inspired from within.
It advises to say, "You are awesome."
I embed the texts of her past short post below.

Telling that "You are awesome" requires some self-evaluation.
When you say, "You are awesome in doing ......" you are supposed to do a truthful and factual evaluation of whatever you do.
If you like your mistakes, and not recognizing your mistakes, your are not doing the right thing.
You must be bold enough to point out the mistakes and recognize the good things you have already accomplished.
It is not easy to do justice in self-evaluation.
But, once you take the courage to carry out a factual self-evaluation, you are one step ahead of doing the right things in the future days.
When you pinpoint your small actions of doing the right things, you can appreciate and encourage yourself from within.
How to cheer yourself for life.
Self-evaluation is the first step.
Cheering yourself for a particularly good job is the next step.
If we can do it regularly, we can face all challenges spontaneously without taking any external help or guidance.
