Ever heard a Filipino Fries? We just made the name for it! We classify this as fries It's not potato but made out of Cassava! Sometimes we call cassava fries but I prefer Filipino Fries! If french have "french fries" we have "FF" you know what it stands for (hehe) It do taste like potato! I kinda like it specifically when it's sprinkled with a lot of cheese powder. (I mean who doesn't like cheese 🧀) Might be weird but it's good! Hehe
