Reasons We Should Interact with Others for Mental Stability
Being individualistic may make you feel closer to yourself and less easily exposed to the bad influences of others. However, in fact, if we want to feel happier, we also still need interaction with other people. Especially if we are far from family alias are wandering.
The modern era is like a double-edged sword. On the one hand, we can establish relationships with many people. But on the other hand, these technological advances keep us away from direct interaction with other people.
In fact, instead of joking around via chat, wouldn't it be more real if we actually laughed and chatted directly with the people we met? In addition, there are five other reasons why we should continue to interact with other people on a daily basis.
1. As social beings, we need interaction with other people
It is undeniable, we are social creatures who always need other people. Although there may be many things we can do alone, there are also many things that still require the help of others. Trivial things like chatting is one example of an activity that we cannot do alone.
Sharing exciting and fun stories with others can increase the feeling of happiness in our hearts. It is natural as humans, we need to interact with other people.
2. Meeting and chatting with other people builds our mood
Try it, imagine when we spend the day alone in the room or at home. Compared to when we go out, chat with friends, or just drink coffee together, surely your feelings will be different from before, right?
That's because interacting with other people, especially people who are on the same frequency as us, can make our moods very good. Even if we have to face tough things afterwards, we can still smile and think positively.
3. Various negative thoughts will easily appear if we continue to be alone
Why are people who like to be alone more easily mentally disturbed? Because, sometimes we are very bad judges to ourselves.
We can easily say bad things to ourselves just because of one small mistake in the past. Especially if we are alone. It is easier for us to express negative thoughts that corner ourselves, so that we make ourselves sad and miserable.
4. Sharing stories and news can also make our day more colorful
Interacting with other people makes us know stories about many things we didn't know before. We can also learn and take lessons from the life stories of others who may not be as lucky as us. As a result, insight is broadened and gratitude can also increase.
Not only that, sometimes there are funny things that we share with others so that we can laugh together. This really gives its own sensation to our hearts and feelings.
5. Interacting with other people makes us not feel alone
Our mental health will be better maintained if we often interact with people who have positive vibes. When we have a problem, we don't feel alone because we have the right place to talk. What is stuck in the heart, it will be easier to break down one by one and no longer disturb the peace of our lives.
It is different if we are alone for too long when we are sad. Feeling alone and no one cares, will make us worse and worse.
Interacting with other people can bring true happiness. Not only through social media or cyberspace, do real interactions with people in the real world. Then see and feel the difference for yourself.

I also give the priority of mental health when someone come to me for a decision when they get into trouble. Last day i talked about this with my best friend. He is in a relation but fighting is the regular thing which hampers daily works both. So i told him if it's possible then, come out from it. Because there is no future. Find someone who give you peace.
