01. BEGIN YOUR DAY WITH GRATITUDE
Donβt just charge your phone, laptops or charge up your self with positivity that will last all day long. And the most powerful of all positive emotion is gratitude. Because it forces you to shift your attention first to your blessing than to your problems.
02. RESOLVE TO HAVE A POSITIVE VISION
No body including ourselves is perfect. Every body has a good and not so side of them. And the tendency of the mind is to look to the not so good side.
So, every morning resolve that you will look at the positive sides of the people and neglect the dark side. Because the more we focus on the negative, our mind got occupied with negativity ruining our day, our joy, our relationships.Β So stay positive all the time.
03. TRUST THE BROADER PLAN
Tell yourself that whatever is going to happen today good or bad is exactly what I need in this point of time in my life.
Nothing more, nothing less. Because all that will happen throughout the day is a small picture of a large cinema.
04. DO THE SMALL THINGS RIGHT
Small things always lead to a very big attitude.

Making your bed in the morning will reinforce the fact that litte things in life matter.
If you can't do the little things right, you will never be able to do the big things right.
By chance if you have a miserable day, you come back home and get a made bed which is made by you.And it will encourage who that the next day will be better.
05. DECIDE TO HELP SOMEONE
Don't they say everyone you meet is fighting a battle that you know nothing about it. So, be kind, be helpful, invest the energy of empathy, love and kindness to the people around you. And you will get the same back when you need it the most..
Also try to keep some spiritual practice in your morning routine. Deeper connection which will illuminate your inside so that you can brighten your outside.
Doing all these things in the morning will fill your whole day with great positivity and you will have a great day.
