Trance Anchoring

We spend over 70% of the awaken state in trance, or in autopilot if you will. Trance Anchoring allows us to anchor suggestions to the end of the normal trance state of mind. The reason CLP is anchored at the end of the normal entranced state of mind is in part because of the self-induction process. Moreover, neither sleep, nor full meditation can be achieved during CLP’s self-induction. Trance Anchoring happens somewhere between meditation and self-hypnosis or the SCLP - Self Corrective Linguistic Programming phase.

Why does CLP in relation to Trainwashing use citations, lyrics and poems for positive brain training? There are factors about the use of citations, lyrics, and poetry which is excellent for the introduction of CLP. Using this methodology assist in returning the mind to a childlike state. Citations, lyrics, and poems are excellent tools in order to create very strong visual cues in the brain. It is in this setting the mind becomes increasingly open to the suggestions of CLP.

When listening to hypnosis recordings it is very likely, because of the calming nature, the perception of sleep will take place. SCLP allows the mind and body to be completely awake during the entire programming process. The mind is actually recording every aspect of the SCLP sessions. The practitioner remains in the awakened state presently outside of sleep and more closely to meditation during each SCLP session.

CLP is not meant to take the place of professional help such as psychologist or counseling. Use this CLP book as a tool to assist in constructing a more positive mindset able to build a life of “True Success”. Keep this book with you as a daily reader and it will surely enhance the way you currently look at your life. Allow the CLP to effortlessly move you through the 21 day habit forming cycle.

When Will CLP Start Working?

Corrective Linguistic Programming starts to take effect in the very first session. This means that the first time you sit down and follow the instructions for CLP implementation: change begins. However, this will not guarantee continue results from CLP. This is because it generally takes around 21 days to form a new habit.3 If you practice CLP for ten days the effectiveness will not be as evident as for a person who makes the training a continuous ongoing routine. CLP attempts to ease the 21 day positive habit forming process through the subtle induction of constructive behavioral modification, positive self-conversation building and understated visual cues.

It is likely that long before you observe the positive changes due to CLP introduction that your inner-circle will notice. The people we interact with just outside of our own mental space are the “inner- circle” consisting of mostly family, friends, co- workers, and other close knit social groups. These are the people prone to see changes in your mindset first. This occurs much like a person who loses 5 to 10 pounds on a diet. The person losing the weight hardly feels or sees the difference while inner-circle members contribute many compliments. The results of CLP will occur in this method as well.

The last article states that it takes 21 days to change human behavior. Is that too fast? Is the CLP program really that good. Or, there are certain cases that can be done by people who understand and are professional related to CLP. I heard from some of the prikologists in my area, they said, normally it takes 100 days for a new habit to become an irreplaceable habit, or a habit.

There are definitely different thoughts on the idea of a 21 day habit changing formula. However, many of the study's are using different criteria for their findings. Any habit can be reversed by the same means or even different means in which the habit was created. If a smoker is dropped on an island where there are no cigarettes the smoking habit would be broken in less than 21 days. It is known that there are 10,000 hours needed to become an expert at any profession, however; less hours are needed to become an expert if one is trained under a Guru. My point in this comment is to help you to understand that 21 days isn't written in stone, but more like a realization that one is on the correct path. The importance of CLP is the begin the process with laser focus and the intent of complete success. Environment, mindset, understanding of the gratitude factor, and ones inner conversation, etc. plays a huge part in the success of CLP. CLP is a positive program and programs take time depending on how much negative programming a person has undergone. You will have better understand once I've posted more about CLP. It's nice to see you are so serious, not only serious at work, but you are also serious about writing and answering questions. With the example you give, of course it will happen. If I go to your country, it won't take 21 days, I will do what people in your country do, about how to adjust the diet, the weather, and how to work there. Definitely.

This CPL uses a method that can help other people change their habits. Is it that simple? Not. What we want to do as a new habit is a good and positive habit. Therefore, the skills you have are very helpful for companies in training worker commitment and productivity.
