How to Use CLP Corrective Linguistic Programming Citations
Corrective Linguistic Programming in this case uses citations, lyrics, and poems as its delivery system. This is true; however, reading this article or the actual book can be enjoyed by everyone. As previously mentioned the main purpose of CLP is to anchor constructive behavioral suggestions through Corrective Linguistic Programming.
Trance Anchoring is used to introduce to the subconscious positive states which help in Trainwashing “True Success” habits. In addition to written citations, lyrics, and poetry, CLP uses subtle imagery along with the writing to enhance the CLP trance anchoring experience. This process also helps you to recognize erroneous thoughts and behaviors in order to attempt to clear them from daily activity.
CLP is a slow and beneficial methodology to create encouraging thinking and behavior patterns in one’s life. This is possible because practitioners of CLP are in complete control over when the uses of these constructive avowal tools are implemented. This book can be read anytime; however, when addressing the CLP methods directly, use the following steps as closely as possible. Allow the CLP to effortlessly move you through the 21 day habit forming cycle. Rest assured the CLP portion of the True Success journey is one of no induced stress and strain on the mind.
Step 1: Find a place where you can be in a relaxed state of mind. Cut out the noises of everyday life so your inner-voice of rational thinking will be heard. When the inner voice is ready to speak, there should be a sense of self benevolence and calm that is aroused. There may also be feelings of vastness as if the room just opened up into a larger space. Some of these consciousness activities may not ensue as CLP activation does not required the practitioner to be in a start of deep meditation.
Step 2: Body position for reading should be relaxed but not slouching or slumped in your chair. Sit with your feet flat on the floor and your back straight. Place the book directly in front of you at a comfortable reading level. If you perform CLP in bed be sure your head is propped up on a pillow so that your neck, shoulders, back and rest of the body can unwind. Focus on relaxing the major perceived stress point in the body.
Step 3: Breathe slowly and deeply, in through the nose and out through the mouth in order to attempt an increase of oxygen to the brain. Be sure your breaths are directed deep down into the belly. When you can make your belly inflate without deliberately pushing it out you are performing the exercise correctly.
Step 4: Close your eyes for a moment and tell yourself in your mind “I accept what I am about to read as helpful truths which will install constructive behaviors allowing me to create a more fulfilling life”. The above quote provides you with the idea of accepting, in your mind, the content while being in complete control. Repeat the quote 3 to 5 times deepening every breath.
Step 5: Open your eyes and begin to read each citation out loud 3 to 5 times in order to smooth out the rough edges. Normal reading may have a bit of a jagged edged or choppy feeling as there are slight breaking points in breathing, speech, and visual connecting to the page. Reading the citations, lyrics and poems more than once sings to the brain and trance anchoring occurs efficiently. The sound of your voice should reverberate deep within the core of the body. Do not worry if the verbal vibration does not come about immediately. Continue practicing the verbal vibration exercise as it may take multiple rehearsals to perform correctly.
Step 6: Repeat the previously read citation inside your head evenly spaced between uninterrupted breathing. In other words your breaths should not cover your words and vice-versa. If you want to close your eyes at this point that’s fine. If not, read each word of the citation, lyrics, or poem, mouth closed, as you repeat it in your mind. However, while reading the citations refrain from breaking eye contact with the page.
Finally: CLP helps to reprogram negative lifelong conditioning which creates unwanted fear. Make a positive mental picture of every citation which is based upon successful outcomes and then move on to the next citation. Allow the CLP to gently train your mind away from the negative conditioning of “no” into a place where “YES” prevails on the journey to True Success.
