Let's talk about this quote a bit. What's the point of a good quote or any quote for that matter if it does't have the ability to invoke change in the mind. Quotes are almost always written to create some type of emotion or thinking of its reader. A good quote will grab the attention of the reader right away. A great quote may make its way as a screen-saver on your computer , on vision-board, or as a daily mantra. In this series I will be breaking down quotes from my book True Success Naturally - Corrective Linguistic Programming. Each day that I post a new quote I will dig deeper into its meaning, to help you the reader better understand how to use quotes to your absolute benefit.
Look at this quote above and read it out loud and then again just in your mind. Does the quote generate two separate meanings when the words lift from the screen to your ears? When you are silently reading do you have a better understanding of this quote? Does this quote make you reflect on your life and some of the decisions you've made along the way? Quotes are nothing more than words, unless they can move you to a new understanding of the inner-self. This quote; True Happiness... What is "True Happiness"? Many people are so busy looking at what makes them sad that they never explore what makes them Truly Happy.
"True Happiness" cannot be found in the midst of fear. So many people today live their life in a mental state of fear. When fear rules your life happiness is elusive and unfulfilling at best. I am of the thinking that our human body's are but a vessels in which to live this experience the best way we can. Unhealthy fear cannot be the mainstay of the human experience, otherwise life becomes meaningless. People who live in fear create bubbles around them with the idea the bubble will make them safe. Safety is nothing more than a construct that is unrealistic. There is no such thing as "safe". There is only living, or not living. Which one are you choosing?
I have a saying, "we all go to the dirt." No matter how you live your life absolutely no cheats death. Since no one has ever or can never cheat death then every person on the planet should have no vested interest in fear. There is nothing to be afraid of if the normal cycle of life includes death as we see it. In the west people fear death more than many other places around the world. This is because people in the west watch more television than anywhere else in the world. Television is mental programming that makes people believe all kinds of nonsense. American's are struggling with happiness because we engage in to much television programming. I watch zero television and I am happier than ever!
Find True Happiness by letting go of fear. If you are constantly wrapping yourself in a psychological bubble, unwrap it. Live your life a bit closer to the edge and it will open doors not there for those living in fear. Allow yourself to be free to live a fulfilling life, full of all the wonders of the world. When you can do this True Happiness awaits you. Receive this True Happiness with open arms and then share it with another person you previously did not know.
Until Next Time
Best Regards,
