Here are three ADM Fitness Effect squatting tips that no one else will tell you, because they don't know about them, or don't care that you don't know about them. Not even the best fitness certifications will have all three of these tips, if any.

Even the best Professional Fitness Trainer's miss these three important elements of squatting. In my book "I'm Core Fit" I outline why your Personal Trainer hasn't taught you these, and some even more important mass building tips. These tips also help to prevent injury.

Tip 1. While you squat pull your toes up to the tops of your sneakers. This will make you squat through your heals, and equals bigger stronger quads. When you squat with your toes pressed to the floor you are cheating yourself. Get ready for a new type of muscle burn...lol

Tip 2. Make the top end of your squat 3 to 5 degrees. Never lock at the top of a movement. This is very bad for your joints. On the upside your legs will become bigger and stronger, because your quads will be engaged longer.

Tip 3. Try carefully checking the position of your feet, between reps, while squatting, and without dropping your entire head. Use your eyes only. When you see that your feet have drifted outward, reset them so you don't continue building your muscles unsymmetrically.

If your squatting stance is uneven your muscles will build unevenly as well, which will cause issues later on in life. But be sure to correct the movements and positioning slowly. You've been using your current form longer so the muscle memory is already set.
