Private school vs Public school.

Saturday's free thoughts.
Hello! A warm greeting to you all.
In this article, I would generally write about the features, pros, and cons of private schools and public schools.
I have been a student of both a low-key private school and a decent public school.
I mentioned here a low-key private school because it was situated in a small town and this was just for the name as a private school. There were hardly any facilities for playing or other co-curricular activities, no libraries, and no computers initially.
Otherwise, the private schools are hyped as something in which you will have lots and lots of facilities like libraries, games and sports, computer labs, physical trainer instructor, physics, chemistry or biology labs and in some cases even maths lab or English labs. And there will be other amenities such as dancing classes, music classes, crafts, or workshops. The most beautiful feature is maybe they have swimming pool too. But as they give these facilities they also charge fees from the parents accordingly which is sky-rocketing. This is the scenario in almost all the countries. And the students have their extra classes too in certain cases and they are accordingly notified for that, and overall the weight of the bags is also determined, and in cases where students do not carry that much stuff in their bags they might get punished by the teachers. These private schools spend extravagantly on their infrastructure as they do not lack money after charging hotly from the parents and also they increase their profit margin by giving less salary to the teachers and even deducting regularly if they are late or take leave.
And since I have also been in a public school I would like to share what was my experience there and what is the normal scenario otherwise.
In the public school where I was enrolled, it had a lush green campus, with almost all the facilities you can imagine and even cannot imagine it provided with the athletic ground, a large swimming pool, 3 basketball courts, 2 football grounds of standard size, horse riding club, all the experiment labs which I mentioned above, squash court, lawn tennis, table tennis, hockey, skating ring, karate class, crafts, workshops, music, band, Boxing, Badminton, and volleyball maybe I missed something too, there was a yoga center too.
But anyway this is not the actual scenario in the public school normally because all the public schools mostly lack these and since in the public schools, teachers are appointed permanently by the government (in India ). Because of their security of tenure they might get less interested in imparting education to the children. Also, the public schools lack disciplinary authority and no any oblivious circulars notifying students about what to pursue, what are the activities they will have in the week or so and so. Teachers hardly care if the students attend schools or not, even though they most probably wouldn't care if the students are taking interest in studies or not forget that they even do not care if the students have the books required for the day's routine.
This is one dark side of public school in any developing or least developed countries. But, there are also public schools regulated by the government with required facilities and good teacher-student interaction. Like central schools and others.
In India Directorate of education has issued a circular regarding the weighs of the bag according to their weight/ class/ age and recently there are lots of development in the education sector of public schools taking place, there are experiments being conducted as model schools which are public schools but the medium of education in it will be in English. And once the experiment gives the expected result it will bring a revolution in India's public education. In some states, public schools are doing better while in some it still needs a lot of interest from the authority and the administrations.
Conclusion: There are countries where the public schools are doing great like in developed countries for example in Russia if you see the public schools they have got different facilities which I have mentioned and they have lavish infrastructure too.
India can do some collaborations with the other countries regarding public schools where they are doing better and after researching various countries pros and cons we can apply the hybrid traits from the experiments and also the most important thing in India's public school is that they should make a disciplinary committee for every school which not only identifies mischiefs of students but also help them with counseling and maintains a code of conduct to run the school.
Thank you.
Based on my experience, there's no doubt about private schools having complete and adequate school facilities, but I would say that teachers in public school teach better than private.
