Hello everyone!

Good afternoon,

I am writing the experience of January 26 which is also the "Republic Day of India", so it happened like I never wanted to attend any ceremony like Independence day or Republic day because on these days I like to take a rest or give myself an extra little time. But still, I always have attended those programs even at against my will because it is also important to attend and celebrate the country's most important day. But this year it was a little different, in the apartment (society ) I am living in right now they organized this flag hoisting ceremony in the society's park and it was adorable at first like usual I was sitting on my bed and then went to the bathroom to have a shower around 0800 hours but while I was washing my clothes I heard the announcement from society's president that flag hoisting will start in next 5 minutes so please let us gather in the park.

And I had this automatically in my mind suddenly that I want to attend this willingly and happily so I took shower in just 2-3 minutes just showering with water haahha then I wore clothes and combed my hair in next 2 minutes and then wear shoes and when I reached the park I realised I forget to wear the mask so I again climbed upstairs and took my mask and then reached the park but the flag hoisting started in another 15 minutes to have a maximum number of people possible but those who did not come still showed up in their balcony and standstill for the national anthem. So the sweets were distributed after that and there was a few lines sung by the elders and also there were dances by young little kids. And then I came back because I had already been there for an hour above.

Now it was also my father's birthday on 26th so I wished him first thing in the morning and then we decided to go to a restaurant in the evening for dinner and unfortunately I was not aware of this plan of theirs so a friend of mine came over at my place and we shared a brisk walk and then I invited him for a tea at the house so I made tea for him and everyone else it was already now 1830 hours and we already had a long time together so I said let's drop you at home and then he went away.

And then my mum said that get ready we are going for dinner and so I combed my hair a little but I need not change the dress because I am always in jeans and shirt hahaha so we left for the restaurant and then after reaching the restaurant we ordered the food and enjoyed our meal but there was a little unfavourable condition my father get a temper on the waiter for serving a little late which was not truly late and of course, it happens that it takes little time to get served in the restaurant. I won't be judgy here about my dad. So I didn't say a word but then my mum and brothers brought it up and acknowledged him that it was not even late and still he was in his own ego. He is an egotistical person haha that's why I do not say anything to him ever.

We finished the dinner though I finished it a lot earlier and then I said give me the menu I will calculate the bill myself till you all finish so I calculated it to 1340 rupees and it is equal to 17.86 dollars but the bill which waiter showed up with was 1360 and everyone looked at me that I did the wrong calculation but I smilingly said to the waiter that we just consumed one bottle of water ( I already knew that the waiter will include the price of 2 bottles of water ) so he then said that sir then it is 1340 rupees only, and my brother smiled laughing said to me, whoa you are a smart guy. I said indeed I am no doubt! hahah

I paid the bill and we came back home it was very cold by now so I immediately slept.
