Exam that makes us laugh
March 09, 2022
Wednesday
It was in class seventh when we were issued guidelines regarding an exam culturally related and it was mainly focused on a language "SANSKRIT" and the exam name goes by "Sanskrit pushp exam". Sanskrit is one of the oldest language being spoken today and perhaps the oldest language.
Before I tell you more I just remember one more funny story when I was in class 6th it was the first time I was introduced to Sanskrit and in the mid-semester exam of it I scored just 53 percent marks in this subject (53/100) and also it was the lowest mark I ever faced in my life and my father scolded me in front of everyone. I confronted my teacher about some of the answers where I can have scored but didn't at which she told me- "your answer is wrong" and I was so polite and kind to elders, teachers that I don't mouth-fight with them. And in my mind, I was like you all teachers never taught us this subject and don't justify your own faults.
In the final exam of class 6th, I scored 98 percent marks in Sanskrit (98/100) and it was already one of my favorite subjects at then.
Let's come to the original story of class 7th but before that let's flex users of read.cash the upvoters, sponsors, readers, likers, and all others for their kind support to me.
So, I was at first not so interested in this competition because it didn't seem of any importance to me but we were issued a booklet to prepare for the exam too. And a senior told me the top 3 performers get the prizes too. And therefore I prepared for it.
I mugged up the whole book and finally, it was the exam day and my 2 other batchmates said that they haven't prepared anything for the exam and wanted to sit near me so that they can be helped by me. And we sat together in the last and I found that I was able to do 80 percent of the questions and both my batchmates sitting beside me copied all my answers and they said to me what to do for remaining questions I said let's check them with wild guesses (Yes, the exam was not subjective it was objective only) we did the remaining questions by ourself and after a couple of months when the result was announced we found that I ended up getting the second rank with the excellent remark while those batchmates sitting beside me ended up getting first rank and the third rank.
We were laughing when we heard the result. We got the medal and the certificate for it.
As I said, Sanskrit has become one of my favorite subjects already I was able to score always more than 95 percent in it every exam and test till class 8th and after that, I no longer studied Sanskrit.
I ended up completing the Sanskrit exam in the least time possible.
I ended up maintaining a good average in Sanskrit.
I ended up enjoying Sanskrit.
I never had thought that the boy who scored 53 percent in this subject would end up performing miraculously. I just had one thought in my mind that this subject will ruin my scorecard.
By the way, some of the other languages have their roots in Sanskrit and the "RUSSIAN" language is one of them.
Thank you.
Good night
Yeah dude...in high school we used to the question before the exam date and we used to see our exam paper by our own....I gave myself 99 in English and mathematics in 6,7 and 8
