Routine physical activities - A path to improved health

One way to stay healthy is by maintaining a regular physical activity. Some are scared of regular physical activity for fear of injury, physical activities can also be in form of aerobic activity such as brisk walking, etc (especially the aged people).

Regular exercise has proven without any reasonable doubt how helpful it is to our everyday life. And to get the most benefit, you should know and get the recommended amount of exercise for both children and adult.

How much exercise do you need?

Adults should get at least 150 minutes of moderate – intensity or 75 minutes of vigorous – intensity aerobic physical activity each week.

Children should get 60 minutes or more physical activity everyday

Reduced risk of heart diseases

Funny enough but it helps to quit smoking

It improve mental health and mood

Improve sexual health

Improve sleep

You can live longer by regular exercise.
