It's funny how oysters produces pearls for their defence and it became one of the most valuable Treasures for human.

Pearls are produced from marine oysters (natural pearls) to protect them from irritants, when oysters feel the presence of a parasite they slowly secrete conchiolin which helps in secreting or creating a material called the mother pearls where every other beautifully made pearls.

Pearls are the only biologically produced gems and that is what gives it the precious value it has or possessed. The tricky part of Pearls especially in the production of ear rings or a particular jewel, are the shapes and how well the shapes come together or how much identical they were formed to be able to be used in the production of earrings and jewelries.

Some pearls are also commercial cultivated, where some irritants are brought close to the oysters and the defence mechanism of the oysters facilitates them in the quick production of mother pearl(nacre) which also helps on the production of precious pearls. The commercially cultivated pearls are put under a condition so as to facilitate the oysters produce a certain type of shapes and colors that are needed.

It is believed that pearls has great significance and I also believed that pearls stands for purity and timeless love and the use of pearls are just more personal than they seem. Pearls shows untimely love and sincerity and should be used as a symbol in most romantic relationships, it us also believed that pearls help in strengthening friendships and relationships and the most important part of this gem is thier usefulness in the jewellery industries

I love pearls!!! They are most most precious Gems.
