How to overcome challenges

Good evening to you all,hope you are all doing bountifully well? I know you are doing well by God grace[Amen].

I'm here again with my article titled how to overcome challenges,since we came to the world under the influence of sin so this gives us the world problem which means none on earth born of a human being without a problem or difficulties he/she is facing and the ability to know the kind of problem someone is facing always bring about problem solve.

Alot of people has been overcome my there problem because they fail to face it but they got scared,some even ran from it.

Some people even emulate the word of "I can't" rather than making "I can "there watchword, some has lost it during finding solution to there problem but in this article I will be talking about how to overcome any problem.

  • How to overcome challenges

1) Accept and Let Go:

Accept where you are now and what you have. This is your life, at this time. While it’s temporary, accepting it will help you to let go of stress, anxiety, and fear.

2) Observe The Challenges And Decide On What To Do:

When you are facing a particular challenges, take a step away from your feelings to make a plan.

3) Remove Your Fears, Act And Face it:

Taking action is one of the biggest steps in overcoming challenges. It is likely that the big part of whatever you are facing feels like a challenge to you because you have an underlying fear. Try to recognize and define what your fear is and then you can act to mitigate the fear.

4) Motivate yourself:

Always incucate the habit of Saying "Yes, I can." A tough challenge can bring out the best in you but slowing things down in your mind and think of a process will really help to overcome the challenges also Develop a mindset in your thought and process that which makes you feel that there's no way you're going to fail at this. If you develop that mindset, you'll get it done.

5)Stay calm and cool:

Panic can make a problem got worse or seem worse than they are. Take a deep breath, relax.

6)Simplify the problem or challenge:

Plan action and break it down into steps. As you get through each steps, you develop a firmer belief that you can overcome it.

Note:

We all face tough challenges in life,Some might become quite difficult to overcome, because of the way we view it. however to overcome challenges,we need to develop that "never quit" attitude.

Then you will be surprise that what seems like a mountain before will now look so easy to overcome.

Also remember that learning how to deal with challenges takes time, persistence, and a positive attitude.

Also have this in mind that no matter how the life situation , hard times will happen. But, with the right mindset and practice, you will be able to overcome them everytime and grow in the process.
